All orders are shipped from Canada and UK. We ship worldwide.

Where possible, our products are shipped in heat-sealed mylar foil bags to protect the material until use. All products are correctly labeled, but there is no reference to the chemical name or Lysergi on the outer packaging. We endeavor to dispatch packages as quickly as possible and customers can expect orders to be dispatched within two business days after receipt of payment.

We do not accept cancellations or returns. All orders are final.

Xpresspost Canada: Only available for orders valued over CAD150. Tracked and insured as per our policy. Free for orders above 300 EUR.

Use at your own risk. Products are currently taking around 14 business days however some are taking upwards of a month. Please be patient, emailing us once it's shipped will NOT speed up your item. Any emails of items shipped under 30 business days will not be answered.

Tracked shipping: Available on orders above 300 EUR for a fee of 20 EUR. Tracked and insured as per our policy. This service will take a minimum of 7 business days however as we streamline this service we hope to improve speed. Currently the tracked shipping option may have longer delays on it.

RESHIP POLICY


It is the customer's responsibility to ensure our products are legal in their jurisdiction before ordering. However, we will reship all orders shipped by a tracked service that are lost or improperly seized by customs subject to the terms and conditions below.

  1. The customer must provide the correct shipping name and address. We will not reship if an error is made in the address provided by the customer.

  2. The customer must ensure they follow the tracking status and are available to sign for the package. If the package is returned because it was not collected from the post office in time, we will not reship.

  3. If a package looks like it has been lost or seized, we will wait 3 weeks before reshipping. The customer must also provide a new address for the reship.

  4. If a package is seized, the customer must provide evidence that the product ordered is not controlled in their country before we will reship.

  5. We will provide one full reship only. If the package is lost or seized again, we will not reship.
